This pertains to the invitation extended by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in coordination with TESDA for the PNP to nominate one participant to the training program CRIME PREVENTION AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE (Senior Seminar) to be held in Japan from January 9 to February 10, 2016.

The recommendee for this program shld meet the following qualifications: high-ranking officials who are responsible for juvenile justice such as investigators, a University graduates or equivalent, atleast 10 years practical experience, sufficient command of spoken and written english, physically and mentally fit, between 30 to 50 years old.

Also, the candidate must have no foreign training, seminar, conference for the past two years and should satisfy the given criteria.

The recommendee for this program shld meet the following qualifications: a director, assistant director or equivalent of cybercrime related division, more than 1 year experience in the field of cybercrime, sufficient command of english, physically and mentally fit, have not participated in the kind of program hosted by JICA in the past.

Announcement

Invitation from Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in coordination with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) for the PNP to nominate a participant to the training program entitled €œPromotion on Networking among ASEAN Countries on Anti-Trafficking in Persons to be held in Japan from October 23 to November 5, 2016.

The recommendee for this program should meet the following qualifications and must have no foreign training, seminar, conference for the past two years:

a) Should be Assistant Director or higher involved in formulation of anti-trafficking in persons policies;
b) Must continue his careers in said field for at least two years after the program;
c) Must have at least two years experience in said field;
d) Has sufficient command of spoken and written English;
e) Physically and mentally fit to undergo training abroad; and
f.) Between 30 to 55 years old.

All travel expenses such as airfare, meals, accommodations and other related expenses will be sponsored by JICA.

Requirements for issuance of Foreign Travel Authority:

a) Unit Endorsement;
b) Personal Data Sheet;
c) Passport bio-page;
d) Affidavit following the attached format stating that the person has no pending Criminal and/or Administrative Case and is not a witness in a drug related case, otherwise, the person should ask permission from the court; and
e) DLOD and NBI Clearance.

Documentary requirements to be submitted to the Foreign Scholarship Training Program (FSTP) Unit, TESDA NLT July 7, 2016 (Monday):

a) Personal Data Sheet to include the list of training programs and seminars attended;
b) Statement of Actual Duties and Responsibilities relevant to the course/program signed by the immediate supervisor;
c) Medical Certificate indicating that the nominee is FIT to travel and undergo foreign training in Japan;
d) JICA Application Form with photos on white background;
e) Report required by the Course;
f) Photo copies of Passport; and
g) Nominee Data Sheet.

Letter from Leo Tito L. Ausan, Jr., Acting Assistant Secretary, Office of Legal Affairs,Department of Foreign Affairs, for  the  PNP  to  nominate participants to the International Criminal Investigations for Criminal Justice Expert to be held in Helsinki, Finland from October 10 to 20, 2016

Candidate must have no foreign training, seminar, conference, and the likes for the past two years.
All travel expenses such as airfare, meals, accommodations and other related expenses will be will be shouldered by the participant.
